Refund Policy – WEBNEXAA

WEBNEXAA (“Supplier”, “we”, “us”) provides software and digital services that are sold and billed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights apply when purchasing our Products through Paddle.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to Paddle’s Consumer Terms.


1. Merchant of Record

All payments, refunds, and invoicing are handled by Paddle:

  • Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

  • Any refund or cancellation request is processed by Paddle, in accordance with Paddle’s policies and applicable consumer law.


2. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal

Our Products are digital content and/or software delivered electronically.

By purchasing and accessing the Product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download, access, or transmission of the digital content has begun, as permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.


3. Consumer Right to Cancel (Where Applicable)

If you are a Consumer and have not yet accessed or downloaded the Product, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact Paddle directly before the digital content is accessed or delivered.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases, subject to Paddle’s discretion:

  • The Product is not as described

  • The Product is faulty or not fit for purpose

  • A technical failure caused by WEBNEXAA prevents reasonable access or use

  • Delivery of the Product fails or is unreasonably delayed

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case by Paddle.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after access has begun

  • Failure to use the Product

  • Misuse or use outside the Product’s intended scope

  • Breach of our Terms of Service

  • Subscription time already used

  • Automatic subscription renewals once processed

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information provided at checkout


6. Subscriptions & Free Trials

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel a subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

  • Unused subscription periods are non-refundable.

  • If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.


7. Refund Process & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued by Paddle using the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

  • No additional fees are charged for refunds.


8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Paddle reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Fraud

  • Refund abuse

  • Manipulative or malicious behavior

  • Violation of Paddle or WEBNEXAA terms
