Terms of Service – WEBNEXAA
Effective Date: January 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the software, digital products, website, and related services (“Services”) provided by WEBNEXAA (“Supplier”, “we”, “us”).
Payments for the Services are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and Paddle’s Consumer Terms.
1. Eligibility & Use of Services
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or making a purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
2. Merchant of Record & Payments
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Paddle handles billing, payments, taxes, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks.
Prices, currencies, and applicable taxes are determined and displayed by Paddle at checkout.
WEBNEXAA does not store or process payment card details.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions in accordance with Paddle’s cancellation rules.
No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted directly to Paddle.
5. Digital Content & Access
The Services include digital content and/or software delivered electronically.
By accessing the Services, you consent to immediate performance.
Once access or delivery has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost, as permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with the Services are the exclusive property of WEBNEXAA or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Services.
WEBNEXAA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties, force majeure, or technical issues beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
WEBNEXAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
Paddle may also suspend or terminate transactions in cases of fraud or abuse.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate or link to third-party tools or services.
WEBNEXAA is not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.
11. Governing Law
For Consumers resident in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
For Consumers outside the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of England, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws.
12. Changes to These Terms
WEBNEXAA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective upon publication.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
